There are many questions when it comes to gemstones and their vibrant energy. Some customers may be interested because of the energy vibration. Some may be into the metaphysical properties and some customers may just like the beauty of the bracelet. Along with many varieties of gemstone bracelet options, there are many questions too. Here's the most frequently asked questions to aid you in your decision making.
What are your beads made of?
We purchase our gemstone beads from vetted reputable suppliers in the United States and on occasion from Canada. Our beads are purchased from suppliers that create authentic gemstone beads in a humanly and ethically harvested manor. Most beads are un altered natural material.
Some beads are man-made such as Hematite and Goldstone. I make every attempt to NOT purchase altered gemstones. I carry only a few man-made gemstone bracelets. Many stones are heat treated or dyed to enhance color. Rose quartz and citrine are commonly altered. I purchase natural citrine and undyed rose quartz. This is why you will see the natural color variations in my bracelets. Most bracelets are made with a stretch elastic cord.
How can I tell if my Gemstone beads are authetic?
Natural Gemstones are stones, so the first test is that they will be cold to the touch. Natural gemstones will all be unique in color, markings and often clarity. For example, if you have Malachite bracelet where all the beads have the same ring pattern, it is likely not a natural Malachite. ​
Another factor is price. Dyed Howlite is often sold as Turquoise. Authentic Turquoise is very expense. Real gemstones have a natural vibrational energy. If you are sensitive to it, when you hold them…often you can feel it.
How do I know what Gemstone to get?

What is the Vibrational Energy? How do I cleanse?
Each gemstone has its own vibrational energy. Many believe this energy can be harnessed and used to amplify our own energy. It can also be used in defense of negative or unwanted energy. Examples are to help with anxiety or stress.

Your bracelet come energized and with intentions set. When you wear it, you use the energy with the crystal, after time it is depleted just like a battery depletes. To charge your bracelet, we recommend getting a Selenite bowl or plate and putting it on that overnight when you are done wearing it.
There are other ways such as with water or moonlight, but some gemstones react poorly with water and it is easy to forget your gemstone in the moonlight. You can also cleanse with White Sage. Some pets and people with breathing issue are sensitive to this.
Who is setting intentions and how do I set intention with my Gemstone?
I have set the intentions as listed on the hang card for your bracelet. There are many more properties that what I can list on that little card. Do some research! It is fun to learn all the properties people find. The reality is each gemstone works differently with each person.
Some folks will have you create a fancy ritual to set your intentions and you can do that if you wish. I simply make a list of what I want my gemstone to help me amplify and then close my eyes and picture a string made of electricity between me and the bracelet…..I then ask the gemstone to help me with X, Y, and Z properties.
I then thank them for helping me. Always give gratitude for help. After all who wants to work with a needy friend who never gives anything in return? If you practice energy work, and you have a bracelet you wear daily, you can send energy boosts to it during the day to help keep it charged. Especially with a protection stone.
Can I customize my bracelet?
Yes! There is a comment section on the order form. Here you can share customization requests, let me know how you plan to use it and I can use this information when I sent the intention.

Our standard bracelet size is 7 inches which is about 22 beads.I can size up or down. Just send me your wrist measurement in the comments and I can adjust. Also, if you want a loose fit you can ask for 23 beads for standard. I can also make a combination of any of our beads. You can always email if you want something personalized.
How do I care for my Gemstone bracelet?
Some gemstones do not react well with water. For example, stones containing iron or nickel. Most will discolor with consistent direct sunlight. It is best to store them in a dry location out of direct sunlight. If you need to wash, a quick rinse with soap and cool or warm water and then put over something or wear them so the beads can dry between the beads. There is a dab of glue holding the tie hidden in a bead and if hot water is used that might come lose.
What if my bracelet breaks?
I stand behind my product. Try as I might, elastic sometimes fails. I test it before and after assembly and I hope by the time the bracelet makes it to you, I am pretty sure there is a good knot. If your bracelet breaks right away and you feel it was not from improper use, send me a picture and I will replace or issue an account credit.
If you are local and can return the beads- we can use them in the new bracelet since those beads are in tune with your energy already. I reserve the right to decline if I feel like a customer is abusing this repair policy. If you need beads re-strung, I will happily do that for you whether my product or someone else’s. Shipping is at your expense unless product was ordered 60 days or less.
What is your Return Policy?
New products can be returned within 30 days for full refund. Used products can be returned for account credit with a valid return reason for up to 60 days. This means you’ll have email with your reason. You can reach us at earthbeadsllc@gmail.com.
Where do you ship to? How long will it take to ship?
We are focused on US and Canadian customers at this time. Please contact via email if you are outside of US or Canada. Due to the number of scam requests received, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is not a legitimate customer.

I try to ship within 3 days of order. If I am out of the gemstone you have requested, I will let you know right away so you can choose to select another option, wait or cancel your order. I will send a tracking number when your order is sent so that you can track your shipment.
In the Continental US and Canada, you should receive most orders within 5-7 business days. This is dependent on customs and the US Postal Service disruptions, which are outside my control.
Do you have wholesale prices?
Yes, we love our resellers and bulk vendors. Please email me for bulk or wholesale prices. I will need your EIN and Resale documents to set up a bulk account.
